Place corn in/on microwaveable dish and cover, but not real tightly. Microwave corn on high for 2 to 3 mins per cob. Serve with butter if desired. That's all. So easy and so tasty.
Substitution suggestions: The microwave is great for fresh and frozen vegetables. Vary the time as needed - undercook and test for doneness. (Frozen green beans for two - 2 min. Baked potato - 6 min each, etc.)
